Learn how to travel in the astral spaces with Andarta! We’ll work on Shielding and Aura, and practice different modes of astral travel. Shielding yourself, especially if you’re an Empath, is a vital skill in daily life, as well as when you’re wanting to have your astral body travel. Learn techniques on how to have your spirit leave your body for short periods of time, in order to travel astral space! This is more than simply meditating, and we will discuss the differences. You’re welcome to bring pillows and blankets, as well as a journal.
