MEDITATION AND INSPIRATION WRITING with Sam Black
9:30am-10:30am approximately 60-90 minutes. Meet at the Lyceum, $10
This is a walking meditation to the stump. The Inspiration Stump has been a sacred space for receiving messages and insight from Spirit since at least 1898. Join Sam Black for a guided opportunity to experience a connection with Spirit through channeling your own writing or art while sitting with Spirit at the Stump and the Leolyn Woods. Please bring your journal or sketchbook and writing materials, and dress for the weather.
