Aura Healing with Chakras: The Journey of the Soul with Lisa Sellars

In this interactive workshop you will gain insight and knowledge, as well as techniques you can easily begin to incorporate in your daily life. We will review the history of chakras, Ayuvedic Medicine and Western concepts, the universal language of the five elements; scan and cleanse the aura field, expand our fields of consciousness to create a new awareness, listen and communicate with the body, release negative patterns, develop karmic and generational memory, and meet and connect with our inner physicians. The results will lead you to better health and well-being, daily practices to balance, align and strengthen the chakras; combine chakra balancing techniques with other modalities and massage therapy; and strengthen your intuitive abilities. A variety of techniques and ideas will be shared including vibrational sound therapy, solfeggio tuning forks, singing bowls, chromotherapy, breathwork, bodywork, crystal and gemstones, hydro-chromotherapy, light therapy, meditation, affirmations, and movement.

As a Spiritualist medium, Lisa teaches classes and holds public demonstrations of mediumship nationwide. Lisa is an ordained Spiritualist minister, ordained metaphysical minister, ordained non-denominational Christian minister, and holds a BS in metaphysical sciences from he University of Sedona.
