Step into and learn about the ancient art of Yoga. We will discuss the benefits of yoga, continuing with breathing exercises, a gentle practice and ending with a crystal sound bowl bath meditation. You will leave refreshed and renewed. Leave your cell phones off and worries behind as you step into the world of the ancient art of Yoga and Crystal Bowl Sound meditation.
Nancy lives in Lily Dale. She is a Spiritualist Minister, healer &, the President of the Church of the Living Spirit in Lily Dale. A Military Veteran & Retired Police Detective w/32 yrs law enforcement experience. Nancy is a certified 300 RYI Yoga Instructor, crystal sound bowl intuitive, poet, photographer.
