About the Event
In this overview of body psychology you can discover more deeply the nature of being embodied. When you open the door to the connection between body and mind, you will see yourself – and all others – with greater understanding and compassion. And if you work in personal/spiritual service (as a healer, therapist, reader, teacher, etc.), you’ll be able to take your work to a whole new level! This workshop will include:
- The principles of body consciousness;
- Body image;
- Neurophilosophy;
- Body changes across the lifespan;
- Brief meditative exercises for the body/mind connection;
- And other related topics.
So, come and discover what it means to be a body. And open yourself to the power of your body’s link to mind! Dress comfortably for this workshop. T-shirt and sweatpants recommended.
