The afternoon begins with a Cacao Ceremony in the Lyceum, where participants will learn about the origins and sacred significance of ceremonial cacao and take part in a guided heart-centered ceremony.
Presenter Bio
Olga Lora, an Elder of the Chiricahua Apache, is a fourth-generation Medicine Woman and Curandera whose lineage includes Yaqui-Aztec, Mexican, and Spanish heritage. Raised within a lineage of traditional healing, she began learning the sacred teachings, ceremonies, and ancestral practices of her people from her great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother.
For nearly two decades, Olga has continued to deepen her knowledge through the study of shamanic traditions and spiritual practices from cultures around the world. Her ceremonial training has taken her throughout the United States, including Illinois, Texas, and New Mexico, as well as internationally to Europe, the United Kingdom, Hawaii, and other sacred locations.
