CONVERSATIONS WITH CREATORS

  Shannon Taggart is an artist from Buffalo now based in Brooklyn, New York. She received her BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and began photographing in Lily Dale with permission from the Board of the Assembly in 2001. Her images have been exhibited and reproduced internationally, including in the publications TIME, Newsweek, New York Times Magazine, Reader’s Digest and Discover. Her book, SÉANCE, was released by Fulgur Press / D.A.P. in October, 2019.

Her book seance is over 15 years in the making, features some images of Lily Dale Mediums and a forward by Dan Akroyd. It was a Amazon best seller in the photography category.
