Create Your Own Affirmation Card Deck

Affirmations are a powerful tool we can use to help us reach goals, connect with our higher selves and develop a positive self-talk dialogue which is necessary for our spiritual journey. Through discussion, meditation, and creative expression, participants will understand the power affirmations have on our journey of self-discovery and create their own personal powerful affirmations. Using a variety of art materials, everyone will use their innate creativity to construct their own unique affirmation card deck (10 cards). All materials are provided by me. 

Amy Capobianco has been a NYS certified art teacher for over 25 years, providing meaningful art experiences for learners of all ages and abilities. A practicing Reiki Master and intuitive healer as well, she combines art, mindfulness, and intuition in workshops designed for all levels of experience. She is a visual artist who works primarily in watercolor with a focus on spirituality and nature. She is committed to the belief that art is a healing intuitive language available for all to practice, her workshops are inclusive and structured to provide instruction and exploration in a safe and welcoming space.
