Crystaline Clay

Silica, present in both quartz crystal and the tactile medium of clay, holds memory and subtle frequencies. This workshop combines scientific research and the energetics of artistic expression by utilizing Ancient Chinese Daoist teachings, channeled insights, and personal experience. Participants are invited to create a ceramic object from air-dry clay to fortify their specific intentions. Like a crystal lattice, the workshop provides an open structure for individual exploration to materialize over time. Throughout the day, gentle, accessible, body-focused awareness exercises will guide our making, and connect us to the present.
