Joanne Copley-Nigro is a Spiritualist minister whose ministry touches people and pets. She holds a PhD. from the Am. Inst. of Holistic Theology. Pastor of City of Light Spiritualist Church, a pet friendly church. She presides over Pet Blessings and Remembrances in Lily Dale.
