EMBRACE YOUR INNER UNICORN

Using a variety of techniques and small group activities, we will take the mystery out of the elusive, mystical, magical unicorn. After identifying the forms and qualities of the unicorn, we will participate in a meditation for channeling your individual inner unicorn. After meeting your personal unicorn, we will practice techniques to foster communication with them. You will take with you your own personal tool box for living your life with the joy of a unicorn.

Bio: Roberta E. Shafer AARN, PHN, BSN, MSN is a 15 year resident of the Lily Dale Assembly and a founding member of the current Lily Dale Fire Department Auxiliary. Roberta can often be found at Herbal Restoration on North Street in the Dale, an enterprise she shares with Cara Seekings. Her free-time activities include knitting, jewelry, and pendulum design, and she loves singing karaoke with Lily Dale guests and residents.
