Learn how to keep these energy transformers cleared and balanced along with suggestions to strengthen them, while realizing how energy is expressed. We will become more aware of our own energetic emission and learn ways to practice good energetic hygiene. Time will be devoted to experiential exercises intended to explore our energy self.
Shelly Wilson is an author, intuitive medium, Reiki Master, and inspirational speaker who is passionate about helping people wake up to their greatness. She supports others as they navigate their own journey into consciousness to experience aliveness.
