Presenter Bio:  Cynthia Rubino is a senior corporate Advertising/Marketing professional, Professor, Personal Empowerment Coach and Speaker.  Cynthia launched Cytrine Consultancy, name after the crystal while on her journey as an entrepreneur to align her true spiritual self, values and passion.   Her fundamental pillars are Educating and Advocacy. Cynthia’s personal and career experiences has led her on a mission to educate and advocate by providing strategies to navigate through and beyond professional and personal challenges in order to reignite and reactivate the fire within. She is a three time consecutive award winner for Media Buyer of the Year, sat on the Sheridan College Wellness in the Classroom committee, nabs Central Advisory committee and the Advertising Club of Toronto Board as Director of Giving where she created the franchise of Mindful Mornings. She has been published in Media in Canada, Fit in the Now and Captivate’s Women in Business.  She has been featured on the Media People and The Journey Hub podcasts. As well, she has spoken at such events for Institute of Canadian Agencies, AdClub of Toronto, Working Writers Co and the Women’s Panel. Finally, she was nominated for the 2023 Women Empowerment Awards for the Mentorship Award. Finally, she created the Empowerment Platford 'I Matter,' to serve as a powerful affirmation for every stage in one's life. This succinct phrase encapsulates a significant message: "I Matter in Life, Wellness & Career," emphasizing the importance of prioritizing oneself, which enables individuals to be present for themselves and others. With theme in mind, she launched two successful events: “Empower the Future” and “I Matter Shines Light Gala”.
