Each of us was born to be vibrant beings. Through the journey of life, we all face challenges that serve to deplete. In this shamanic workshop, we will explore strategies to reignite and maintain our light and personal power.

Shamanism is a powerful spiritual practice. It is also a healing modality that focuses on the clearing of what no longer serves and the restoration of lost life force energy. In this workshop, we will focus on recognizing and releasing those limiting beliefs and emotions that we're ready to let go of and replacing them with new scripts. Methods for the restoring of life force energy will also be introduced so that participants will have tools to support them in maintaining their light and personal power forward.
