Session Description:  Join Empowerment Coach Shelly Wilson for this heart-centered workshop. During our time together, Shelly will provide a space for healing shifts to occur enabling you to release the blockages that may be holding you back from loving yourself fully. This workshop will offer an awareness of energy, encourage positive self-perception and empowered understanding as well as promote heart-centered consciousness.

Shelly has an innate ability to meet people where they are, while offering a tailored approach intended to bolster their own connection to Spirit.
