Mantra, Meditation and Sound with Michelle Gauer

 Explore the world of mediation and sound and be introduced to an ancient practice. By using mantras (repetitive words or sounds) we can clear out our energetic fields and deepen our connection to Spirit. In this class, we will explore several types of meditation, including a sound immersion using the gong and crystal singing bowls attuned to the frequency of the chakra system. All levels are welcome.

Michelle Gauer is a psychic medium, spiritual teacher and author of the Living Sacred Soul Oracle Deck. She is a 200-hr Kundalini Yoga teacher and has studied at the Arthur Findley Spiritualist College. She resides in in the Midwest and spends her summers as a reader at the Wonewoc Spiritualist Camp.
