Did you know we all have a multitude of helpers in spirit? Some are task specific while others work with you throughout your lifetime. These loving guides can be spirits previously incarnated, deceased loved ones, animals, angels, elementals and other beings. Winter Brook will discuss the many different kinds of guides and their roles. She will share methods for consciously connecting with them beyond just using meditation. Someone once told her you could only learn about your guides through meditation. Well, Spirit corrected that teaching and provided the foundation for this course.
