Oil your Chakras with Pam Toole

In this workshop we will discuss our seven major chakras and the importance in having them in balance. We will also discuss ways to balance each chakra using yoga, crystals, foods and finish with aromatherapy by making essential oil inhalers.

Presenter Bio

Pam Toole, a Registered Lily Dale Medium, brings many years of professional mediumship experience connecting to spirit and giving messages from loved ones. She has spent a lifetime caring for people as a Registered Nurse, Nursing Home Administrator, Medium, Mother, Teacher, and Wellness Advocate. She is a lifetime learner and currently working on her Yoga Instructor Certification and Morris Pratt mediumship and healer certification. She does have a huge love of travelling to anywhere that needs a passport and finding all the cultural nuggets in the new places she travels.
