Learn how to Connect, Care, and Cook with plants, herbs, fruits, and berries.Together we will explore how these gifts of nature can open the doors to spiritual and physical healing. This hands-on workshop allows you to:

•Connect: You’ll learn how to connect with the ancient meanings and purpose of dozens of plants we surround ourselves with every day. 

•Care: Where should you place your plants inside and outside your home to increase positive energy and jump start a healthy environment.

•Cook: You’ll learn about how plants can also heal you physically. Some of the simplest and oldest recipes are some of the most powerful! Not only will you walk away with the knowledge of what to use, but how to use it, so you can cook up some of your own ancient recipes for healing. Samples will be provided!

Bio:For over a decade, Paula Damico has been creating and educating WNYers and beyond about the power of plants with beautiful sachets, unique living arrangements, and delicious syrups. Paula is a Wife, Mother, TV-Producer, Speaker, Teacher, Published Author, owner/creator of Blessings by Nature®, and President-Elect 2019-2020 for the Buffalo Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). Paula is also one of the founding members of “Music to Remember” and the Vice President of its Board of Directors.
