Session Description: This is the second class in Uma's series on Psychic Mediumship development. The first class was Introduction to Spirit Communication.If you did not attend the first class, you can still attend this class! No prerequisites, just come with an open mind and heart ready to explore! In this workshop we will use a series of guided meditations and visualizations to meet members of your Inner Band guidance system. You may or may not be meeting them for the first time.
