Neal Rzepkowski M.D. is not a “born medium.” It took him a year and a half in a development circle study before he was able to deliver his first recognizable message. He went on to pass the test to become a Lily Dale Registered Medium. He also passed the certification by the Forever Family Foundation. He says he benefits from classes like this which push him, and attendees, as well, outside their “comfort zones.”
