About the Event
The trees are upright Beings with whom we share our beautiful planet. They stand as beacons of stability, groundedness, and contentment, yet they offer so much more. This workshop will help to bring us into relationship with the trees in many different ways. Our time together will include the following practices with trees: retrieval of memory, shared physiology, personal guided imagery, poetry and stories, and learning to cleanse our energy with a fallen branch. The focus will be on expanding and deepening our relationship with trees as we enter into new territories of awareness and practice. Breathing, gentle movement, and stretches with the trees as our inspirational partners will be a part of the class. Those with all levels of physical ability are invited.
