Reiki Level I

Reiki is a natural hands-on holistic spiritual healing technique utilizing high frequency energy vibrations to promote healing. Reiki has gained wide acceptance in traditional healing fields, hospitals and colleges are offering Reiki healing sessions. Reiki is believed to have originated in Tibet several thousand years ago! There are three levels in the Dr. Mikao Usui Method of Natural Healing. 

Reiki Level I includes: 

• An overview of the history of Reiki and its introduction to the western world; 
• Instruction and experiential training in the healing technique that can be used for self-healing and healing of others including our animal friends; 
• Initiation and attunement to the transcendental energy; 
• Reiki Level I manual; 
• Certification awarded upon successful completion of class training. 

Limit of 16 students

*Review Fee $100.00 for those already certified in Reiki I who wish to refresh their skills. 

Rev. Teresa C. Schaeffer is a Lily Dale Registered Medium, ordained minister, Yoga Siromani, Usui Reiki Master teacher, and etheric photographer. Teresa is a certified healer and prayer chaplain. She is an Academy of Holistic Fitness Enlighten your Body Instructor and is Holistic Fitness Specialty Certified. Teresa serves Lily Dale Assembly, The Church of the Living Spirit, Lily Dale Spiritualist Church, and Universal Unity of Spirit among others as a medium, inspirational speaker, healer, workshop presenter, and chairperson. She is on the board of directors of UUS. She facilitates and participates in many Native American Sacred ceremonies.
