Rune Workshop

A picture paints a thousand words - but only if you have an idea of what it represents. Each letter of the ancient alphabet used for Runes can represent not only a sound, but also an entire idea of how people of the time understood their world. This workshop will focus on learning to identify, understand, and interpret each Rune individually and grouped for readings. You will be able to practice reading four different “spreads”. Runes will be available to use at this event, but if you have your own set of Elder Futhark Runes, you are welcome to bring them with you.

Lisa Mandell is an evidential medium, Reiki practitioner, and teacher who started leading guided meditations during her freshman year in college. She has a BA in journalism and is a retired television news producer. After raising her family, she returned to work as an administrator in a large law firm. Lisa also leads a weekly mediumship development circle, a monthly guided meditation group, and various workshops throughout the year in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area.
