Soul Drawings with Dr. Susan B. Barnes, CSNU

Session Description: For the whole of the experience of an individual entity in a material plane is the coordinating and cooperation of Creative Forces from without to the divine within, as to keeping an activity that may bring into manifestations health and happiness.  Edgar Cayce, 1158-8 The soul drawing is a method for better understanding the divine within and helping manifest it in supportive ideas and affirmations.  The concept is based on Edgar Cayce’s concept of the soul and how the soul communicates with psychic information. The intent is for messages of the highest and best. Participants will be guided through meditation to tap into their inner selves and prepare to draw. Soul drawings use an individual’s subconscious mind to bring ideas into the conscious realm. The process uses drawing techniques focusing on the brain's right side, bringing forth spirituality and the Creative Forces.  By tapping into our soul, our unconscious feeling can be revealed. By drawing this way, shapes, lines, and symbols emerge, which can be interpreted in a positive way. The technique can be done by anyone, no artistic skills are required. Individuals can seek support for any question, and the drawings often reveal unexpected answers. You will need pencils, plain paper and pastels or colored pencils.

Presenter Bio: Dr. Barnes is a retired communication professor who has written 11 books including Visual Spirituality, and Unfolding Physical Mediumship.  She is also a certificate holder from the Spiritualist Nation Union in speaking and demonstrating mediumship (CSNU). Susan has been trained in Life Coaching at the Edgar Cayce Center and regularly attends their study groups.
