I will present some perspectives on what meditation is and isn't, the different types and styles, and we’ll explore postures, spaces, time, rituals, and distractions. This is a fun, non-intimidating introduction to everyday mindfulness in the real world. Using interactive exercises, we can look at things differently.
Jack grew up in a small town in Ohio, moved to New York in his late teens and spent most of his life working in factories. He started his spiritual journey in earnest several years ago. He is now Reiki-attuned, ordained, and a meditation teacher. He wants to reach the common person in the real world.
