About the Event

An essential aspect of the healing journey is the opportunity to seek, initiate, and design our personal development. Examining  the extent to which our thoughts, feelings, and desires impact our sacred practice is crucial to our ability to do justice to those in Spirit and on Earth. In the United States and around the world, we continue to confront the impact and reality of the “Isms”: racism, sexism, homophobia, classism, privilege, xenophobia, and more. The “Isms” impact us both consciously and  unconsciously and are worthy of exploration during our personal and spiritual development. During this time of great societal transformation, we are being called to lead with our expanded consciousness. This will be an exciting, inspirational, empowering, and healing series full of new perspectives, practices, and tools.

Please note: It is strongly recommended that each participant attend each of the scheduled four sessions as the concepts and exercises build upon one another. However, participants are welcome at individual sessions as well.

June 1: Introduction to Personal Transformation

June 8: Consciousness Raising and Introspection

June 15: The Implications of Privilege and Oppression

June 22: Creating a Personal Healing and Implementation Plan
