The Medicine Wheel & The Four Agreements: Sacred Teachings and Creation of a Personal Medicine Bag with Olga Lora

The Medicine Wheel is a sacred symbol of balance, harmony, and spiritual understanding. In this immersive workshop, participants will explore how the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel corresponds with the teachings of The Four Agreements, reflecting the path of personal responsibility, awareness, and compassionate living.

Participants will also create a personal medicine bag, a sacred object traditionally used to hold items of spiritual meaning and intention. The creation of the bag becomes a reflective and meaningful practice, allowing participants to carry the teachings of the day in a tangible way.

Presenter Bio

Olga Lora, an Elder of the Chiricahua Apache, is a fourth-generation Medicine Woman and Curandera whose lineage includes Yaqui-Aztec, Mexican, and Spanish heritage. Raised within a lineage of traditional healing, she began learning the sacred teachings, ceremonies, and ancestral practices of her people from her great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother.
