Mindfulness is a learnable skill to stay in the powerful present moment. Through daily practice, your mind can be trained to be more in the present versus re-hashing the past or worrying about future events. In this workshop, you will learn and practice a number of techniques which allow you to lengthen your stays in the present, so that you will experience the fullness of your life. Meditation is recognized as a way to create a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. In clinical settings, it is used as an adjunctive measure to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, immune system, and numerous stress-related conditions. You will experience sessions designed to calm overcharged 21st century nervous systems. Paul uses hypnotherapy skills to help participants develop this life positive practice. Bring firm cushions and or folded blankets to help maintain proper meditation posture. Chairs are available for those unable to sit restfully on the ground.
Paul DiFranco practices and offers hypnotherapy, mindfulness meditation, and yoga, three practices that assist in aligning the mind, body, and spirit towards a common purpose. He assists individuals and groups to optimize their health, performance, and make life-changing transformations. Paul learned the heart-centered hypnotherapy technique from the Wellness Institute, taught through the prestigious Cleveland Clinic's Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine. Paul is employed as a career coach and consultant in the Cleveland area.
