Mark Biehl presents a relaxing and informative workshop focusing on developing a personal connection with the healing potential of sound.

In this workshop you will:

• Discover the concepts of sound as a primordial healing force.

• Learn to use the breath to positively influence daily life. 

• Use your own voice to connect with your essence.

• See a demonstration of how sound can organize matter. 

This workshop will feature experiential techniques to encourage active participation, and include guided sound meditations to unify mind, body and spirit.
