Mae West was a trailblazer not only in entertainment, but in the world of Spiritualism. We are presenting this play as an introduction to Mae's spiritual journey through her friendship with medium Jack Kelly. It reveals a lesser-known aspect of Mae's life and shows she was smarter, deeper, and more self-reflective than her iconic image. Much of the action takes place at Lily Dale. The play demonstrates the wide range of spiritualism within the entertainment industry.

Amy Drake, MA, MS MCM is a dramatist/playwright, screen writer, producer, investor, and actor. Her recent screenplay, Showdown in Amherst, was a quarter-finalist in the Sun Vale screen writing competition. Her stage play, Somewhere I Can Scream was elected for residency at The Players Theatre, NYC.
