About the Event
Self-Hypnosis empowers you to choose and direct the thoughts which are aligned with your goals. This handy DIY tool gives you the ability to literally program your subconscious mind so that it will work for you and to help you achieve your deepest desires. You will learn how and why hypnosis works and, using a simple procedure, how you can use it to create the positive life changes you wish to make. Some common applications include: sports and academic performance, overcoming fears, attracting love and abundance, preparing for dental and medical procedures, boosting confidence, weight release, smoking cessation, public speaking, stress reduction, and many more! Group hypnosis sessions are interspersed throughout the workshop. You will create and begin to practice a self-hypnosis script on an aspect you wish to transform. Have a pillow, floor mat, and blanket if desired. Ear buds required and students must be willing to appear on camera.
