Working With Your Dreams

Dreaming is a big part of our sleep experience, yet the purpose and value of our dreams remain a mystery. Learn why we dream, how to recall your dreams, different ways to interpret your dreams, and how to tap into the power of dreams to gain insight and answers that enhance your day-to-day waking life. Through individual and group dream work, you’ll explore how to decipher the images, symbols, energies, and feelings in your dream to create valuable meaning, inspiration, and guidance. You will also learn how to incubate a dream to access solutions to a challenge you face! Please bring two dreams with you to work on during this workshop.
