Please complete all sections in full and submit one proposal form per workshop or event, with a max submission of 6. Please note there is a character limit for some fields, and summarizing/shortening your text will allow you to submit it if you have some issues. There is a note section where you can add more details you wish the committee to know about yourself or the program you are proposing.
Don't forget to attach a high-resolution, recent portrait photo of yourself in jpeg format, Please make sure your FIRST AND LAST NAME is the file name of the photo!
