Chakras 101

Chakras are energy centers in the body that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping to maintain balance and harmony in life.

This class will focus on 7 Chakras, sometimes names energy centers of the body, mind & spirit. You will learn what systems of the body they protect and govern, at what ages they develop, and everything from what to eat to what colors to wear, even the archangels to call to help clear, balance and heal these areas they govern. When the chakras are blocked with stuck energy, the corresponding system gets sluggish, or even filled with the stuck energy and causes pain and dis-ease.

Dawn is a Medium, Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach and Paranormal Investigator. She has conducted classes, seminars, and workshops for over 20 years on a wide variety of spiritual subjects and is currently working on a new book.
