How A Shared Death Experience Can Help With Grief examines what a Shared Death Experience is and how it may soften the edges of grief after the death of a loved one. The workshop explores how SDEs can bring peace, reduce fear of the unknown, and offer hope for continued connection. Topics include non-local consciousness, time and space during SDEs, guided visualization, participant sharing, and Q&A.


Presenter Bio

Helen Gretchen Jones is a death doula, intuitive, and channeler who writes and teaches about shared death experiences and spiritual consciousness. She holds dual master’s degrees in art history and theology and is certified in sound bowl therapy, Reiki, hypnosis, and past life regression.
