About the Event

(includes movie later)

I Have Seen Bigfoot is a documentary about Bigfoot/Sasquatch and the eyewitnesses that have had close encounters with them in New York, Pennsylvania, and across the US. The Chautauqua Lake Bigfoot Expo, started in 2012, became a place where eyewitnesses could gather and speak about their experiences with the Sasquatch. Learn about the history of the Sasquatch, from the first recorded sighting back in 1818 outside of Sackets Harbor, New York, to the latest sightings here in Chautauqua County. We’ll discuss the part the government plays in denying the existence of Bigfoot, and why. You’ll see photographic evidence of Bigfoot, as well as estimations on the number of Sasquatch living in our surrounding forests.

Bio: Peter Wiemer founded the Chautauqua Lake Bigfoot (CLBF) Expo in 2012. After hearing that regionally, there had been over 60 sightings, Peter, Joseph Glarner and Mark Robinault produced a documentary movie called I Have Seen Bigfoot. Peter’s other video projects include Milt the Talking Musky, a benefit to children with autism. Peter then created iKidsFishing, a children’s fishing show starring kids, teaching kids and adults how to catch fish.
