Join me and learn to meditate or deepen your already existing meditation practice. I am going to be teaching a few different meditation techniques so if you’re someone who always feels like they can’t meditate join me and you’ll find a technique that will surely work for you.  Learn: - How meditation can help you completely relax - how meditation can connect you with your higher self & spirit guides - how to use the breath to bring you to a deeper stare of relaxation - how to use meditation to control stress & discomfit - how to find guidance for yourself & your life. - what to do with your “monkey mind” - Techniques to quiet your mind -how to use meditation to connect to your intuition - and so much more!!

Presenter Bio: Rev. Angie Abt is a Registered Lily Dale Medium in Lily Dale, NY, and the Associate Director of Fellowships of the Spirit’s School of Healing and Prophecy. Angie is a 2002 graduate of Fellowships of the Spirit’s School of Spiritual Healing and Prophecy. She received her degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling and Psychology in 2005. A practicing medium for over 30 years, Angie currently has her own thriving mediumship and spiritual counseling practice located in Buffalo, NY, where for the past 17 years she has taught meditation and intuitive development. Prior to 2002, Angie worked as a customer relations manager in various industries for over 21 years.
