About the Event

People make about 35,000 choices a day, many that affect our spiritual purpose and peace. Using a “sacred pause” throughout the day can minimize self-created suffering. There is a time and need for worldly stuff, and a time and need to shift from doing into being, from striving into arriving, and from controlling into allowing. Sacred pauses enable us to reenter the mystery and vitality of our being. Experience the benefits of the sacred pause. Learn minute rites and longer rituals honoring the seven daily pauses, assess the “state of my soul,” and explore ways to strengthen your interactions positively.
