About the Event
Join John White, as he leads you through a mindful meditation. Mindfulness can help us to stay in a state of calm through observing our thoughts, feeling and surroundings without allowing our nervous systems to be overwrought. This meditation is geared not just to our military friends but to anyone who has trouble calming themselves for "usual" meditation techniques. This event is free and open to the public.
