Join Cintia Hotta Orsi and Sara Rodriguez in Letting Your Gifts Lead an interactive conversation about "feeling empowered to achieve goals.

BIO: Cintia Hotta Orsi, Ph.D. ACC is the mother of 4 wonderful children ranging from 2 years old to 21 years 

old. She became an Executive and Life Coach to serve and empower people who have a heart to serve humanity

 with their gifts. She was born in Brazil, descendant from Japanese immigrants who moved to Brazil between

 great wars and after second war. After completing her PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics at Cornell, moved 

back to Brazil where she worked in various leadership positions in a multinational agricultural company for 

more than 8 years. In reconciling with her Faith, she left the job, changed careers and moved to the US with 

her family joyfully raising the kids and serving communities with her gifts. After training (ICI training 

accredited by ICF), certifications (ACC by ICF), reciprocal coaching, mentoring and supervision, she is very

 grateful and thrives in giving and taking throughout her journey as a mother, coach, friend, daughter...

Sara Rodriquez (Saranaide) is an accomplished vocalist, songwriter and musician based out of Buffalo, NY.

With parents from Panama and Puerto Rico, Saranaide has dipped into her DNA to embrace and celebrate 

the pulses and sounds of Latin America. She has studied in Maracatu in Canada and Brazil and traveled

to Ghana to immerse herself more fully in West African drumming and dance. Saranaide beautifully blends and reflects her Afro-Latino roots. She writes in both English and Spanish, most recently adding Portuguese to her singing repertoire. Saranaide also sings with the Buffalo Afrobeat Orchestra and is passionate about her work as a birth doula. Most notable performances of in her career were being a including performing two sold out nights at Carnegie Hall with Joe Hisaishi.
