Self-Hypnosis empowers you to choose and direct the thoughts which are aligned with your goals. This handy DIY tool gives you the ability to literally program your subconscious mind so that it will work for you and to help you achieve your deepest desires. You will learn how and why hypnosis works and, using a simple procedure, how you can use it to create the positive life changes you wish to make. Some common applications include: sports and academic performance, overcoming fears, attracting love and abundance, preparing for dental visits and medical procedures, boosting confidence, weight release, smoking cessation, stress reduction, public speaking, stress reduction, and many more! You will experience group hypnosis sessions interspersed throughout the workshop. You will create and begin to practice a self-hypnosis script on an aspect you wish to transform.
Bring a pillow, floor mat, and blanket if desired.Ear buds required and students must be willing to appear on camera.
Bio: Paul DiFranco practices and offers hypnotherapy, mindfulness meditation, and yoga, three complementary practices that assist in aligning the mind, body, and spirit towards a common purpose. He assists individuals and groups to optimize their health, performance, and in some cases make life-changing transformations. His hypnosis training includes the heart-centered-hypnotherapy technique from the Wellness Institute, which was taught through the prestigious Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine. Paul is employed as a career coach and consultant in the Cleveland area. He has worked in large corporate, small business, and university settings. He is highly skilled, one-on-one, and with groups large and small.
